Our soaps usually last between 4 to 6 weeks with daily use, depending on factors like water hardness, how often you use it, and how well you allow it to dry between uses. Using a soap dish that drains fully can help extend the life of your bar by preventing it from sitting in water.

Q: How long does shipping take for orders from Olivia's Grove?

Our standard shipping typically takes 5-7 business days within the continental United States. Expedited shipping options are available at checkout for faster delivery. International shipping times may vary depending on the destination and customs processing.

Q: How long should I burn my candle each time?

To ensure safety and the best scent experience, burn your candle for 2 to 3 hours per session. This allows the wax to melt evenly, preventing tunneling and extending the candle’s life.

Q: What if my products are received damaged?

In the rare event that your candle arrives damaged, we will gladly offer a replacement. Please contact us within 7 days at olivia@oliviasgrove.com with photos of the damaged item, the packaging, and the shipping label to initiate the replacement process.

Q: Can I return or exchange my candle?

As a small business, all sales are final. We do not offer returns, or exchanges.

Candles are a scent-based product, and fragrance is personal. To help you choose with confidence, we offer Scent Samplers with 2oz versions of four scents of your choice before you make your decision on a full-size candle.
